NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Town of Underhill, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.  All terms are for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 19, 2021.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a town caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices will be scheduled during the month of January. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 5, 2021 and not later than January 24, 2021.  Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus.

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.

The Municipal Board of Canvassers will meet immediately upon adjournment of the Local Board of Canvassers.

In accordance with Wis. Stats. § 7.51, 7.52 and 7.53(m), and pursuant to the order of the United States District Court Judge William M. Conley dated April 2, 2020, the Town of Underhill Local Board of Canvassers and Municipal Board of Canvassers will convene on the Monday, April 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. indicated above to canvass the April 7, 2020 Presidential Preference and Spring Election absentee ballots and conduct the Municipal canvass if required.

TOWN OF UNDERHILL ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE AND PLAN TO ADJOURN

The Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Underhill will be called to order at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at the Town of Underhill Community Center located at 5597 Cardinal Road, Gillett, Wisconsin.

Due to the current public health emergency, it is anticipated that after calling the meeting to order there will be a motion and vote to immediately adjourn the annual town meeting to May 19, 2020.
