Town of Underhill – Regular Board Meeting

Underhill Community Center, Tuesday, December 1, 2009 7:30 p.m. to 8:16 p.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Chairperson Frank, Supervisor Olsen, Supervisor Nelson, Treasurer Winkler, Clerk Winkler.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

MOTION: (Nelson/Olsen) approved the agenda as presented.  CARRIED.

MINUTES:

November 3, 2009 board meeting minutes placed on file as presented.

MONTHLY BILLS: 

MOTION:  (Frank/Olsen) that monthly bills be paid.  CARRIED. 

TREASURER’S REPORT:

Placed on file as read. 

Historical sign for frank settlement park:

MOTION:  (Nelson/Olsen) to purchase two (2) Historical Road Signs for the Frank Settlement Park from the County.  The County will to take care of placement of the signs and to bill the town.  CARRIED.

NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING:  Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
