MEMBERS PRESENT:

Chairperson Frank, Supervisor Olsen, Supervisor Nelson, Treasurer Winkler, Clerk Winkler.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:

MOTION: (Nelson/Olsen) approved the agenda as presented.  CARRIED.

MINUTES:

October 6, 2009 board meeting minutes placed on file as presented.

MONTHLY BILLS: 

MOTION:  (Olsen/Nelson) that monthly bills be paid.  CARRIED. 

TREASURER’S REPORT:

Placed on file as read. 

road improvement plan for 2010-2011:

            MOTION:  (Nelson/Olsen) approved the 2010-2011 road improvement plan.  CARRIED.

local road improvement program (lrip) application:

MOTION:  (Olsen/Frank) approved the application for the Local Road Improvement Program.  CARRIED.

NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING:  Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
